with plenty of expertise in our ranks, but also in our daily growing network. Open-mindedness and curiosity are at the beginning of all our activities. Exchanging ideas, talking to each other, discussing are just as much a part of our approach as the structured analysis of the problem, a stocktaking of those affected, and the development of initial value propositions.
Design thinking is an approach to finding solutions, and the Business Model Canvas is our favourite method for mapping and developing new business models. We take care to expose ideas as a suitable MVP as quickly as possible in order to gain evidence and to mirror and refine our assumptions with real-world feedback. If the uncertainties can be cleared up sufficiently in this process, scaling can begin. This will show whether it can continue within the framework of WWZ, as an independent company or as a joint venture.
